Our skilled local service teams are dedicated to maintaining your Chains 24/7 to ensure minimal down time and  optimal on site production – we know that every minute counts!  Our highly skilled After-Sales Service Offering is a key point in ensuring value added long-term relationship with our clients.

Our After-Sales Services include:

  • Option of choosing between maintenance on call out or contract basis.  
  • Technical assistance and repair by trained chain experts.
  • Training in chain handling (mounting, tensioning, repair, adjustment, dismantling)
  • Inspection calls including performance reporting.
  • Availability of spare parts.
  • Special tools and accessories facilitating chain handling and maintenance.
  • Manuals and relevant risk assessments.
