THE BEST OR NOTHING

Tyre Protection Chain Supplier & Servicing Company

ABOUT OUR TYRE PROTECTION CHAINS

Our Tyre Protection Chains vary in sizes and range from smallest – 8.25 (11 mm chain) up until our biggest and most popular 70/70-57 (23 mm chain), which is the biggest available Tyre Protection Chain in the world. Our local workshop and skilled team are well equipped to manufacture or modify any chain size needed.

For the production of TCS RUD Tyre Protection Chains, steels with a carbon content of between 0,15 and 0,21% are used for TCS RUD types respectively 0,2 and 0,5% for drop forged links. Our chains are case-hardened in a chamber furnace and subsequently quenched in oil to ensure optimum quality products.

What is a Tyre Protection Chain?

A Tyre Protection Chain is a very tight mesh made of high-alloy, hardened teel. It protects all the vulnerable parts of your tyres on their tread and sidewalls to form a barrier against damages. The flexible design of the chains let them adjust to ever tyre deformation. The high level of self-cleaning prevents the tread mesh becoming filled and clogged, which contributes to achieving the best possible road-holding and traction.

Benefits of using Tyre Protection Chains:

  • Prolonged tyre life leading to a significant reduction in tyre costs.
  • Direct hourly operation costs will be lower.
  • Production of the machine will be increased – minimal down time.
  • Predictable service life of tyres and chains and accurate budgeting.
  • Operation freedom in the worst conditions, on rock, fire and ice.
  • Improved stability, reduced slipping, increased traction, and better penetration for digging and break-out.

Our Tyre Protection Chains are:

  • Durable and provide good traction.
  • Engineered to withstand extreme heat/hot slag with proven results.
  • Unbeatable with underground conditions.
  • Proven to protect any machines tyres.
  • All types and sizes.
  • Flexible fitment services available anytime.

Cost effectiveness:

  • Earth moving tyres represent the highest single cost factor for the operation of a wheeled loader considering original cost, maintenance, recapping, recycling and downtime.
  • Tyre protection chains, which cost less than 5%  of the value of the machine. Can lower operating costs by more than 25%.
  • Tyre life can be unpredictable, however chain and tyre life can be predicted, allowing accurate budgeting and planning.
